We aim to ship all orders on the day they are received, so if you notice something is wrong when you get your order confirmation, then write to us immediately and let us know. Naturally, if the mistake happens at our end of things, rest assured we’ll get a new poster out to you asap.
But in case the error is yours, for example, you forgot to put your door number or wrong Zip/postal code, the carrier will not be able to deliver and the product will return to us. The cost of resending back with the corrected shipping address will have to be taken over by the customer.
