Shipping Returns

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will receive your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. You will also be able to see the cost and delivery day when adding a product to the cart.

Fulfillment (It takes 2–5 business days) + Shipping (Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination.) = Estimated delivery (You receive your order after we fulfill and ship it.)

If you decide to choose standard delivery option with USPS we do not guaranteed that the delivery will be completed at the given time frame. We have noticed that around 20% of all orders that we have shipped with USPS have delayed by more than 20 working days. If you would like to receive your product in a specific time frame or by specific date we suggest to choose Priority shipping option.

Yes, you can. To be able to track your order, put the phone number on the check out form. Once we have your package ready to ship, we’ll send you a link so that you can track your order at all times.

If you order outside the European Union, a customs fee may be charged, but we are unable to control or estimate the amount of your fee (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying any taxes and / or fees that may apply to your product. Please check with your local customs office to find out what the estimated additional cost will be.

We mostly send our products via FedEX, UPS, USPS or national mail services (Correos from Spain and VAS Latvian Post) to ensure that you receive your product in a timely manner. Check the value in the shipping tab next to the product description.

We’re very proud of our excellent shipping record, but if for any reason your product is lost or misplaced by our mail service partner, then we’ll send you a replacement one at no extra cost.

Please make sure you review your delivery address before you submit your order. We aim to ship all orders on the day they are received, so if you notice something is wrong when you get your order confirmation, then write to us immediately and let us know. Naturally, if the mistake happens at our end of things, rest assured we’ll get a new poster out to you asap.

But in case the error is yours, for example, you forgot to put your door number or wrong Zip/postal code, the carrier will not be able to deliver and the product will return to us. The cost of resending back with the corrected shipping address will have to be taken over by the customer.

All Giveit posters are shipped in cardboard triangular postal tubes. The casing is strong enough to prevent poster from being damaged. Our frames are packaged in protective bubble wrap with an outer wooden frame that prevents your framed poster from suffering any damage.

Giveit only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. If for some crazy reason you didn’t like your order, we can exchange it but the shipping and new product costs are at your expense.

If your product is damaged when it arrives, there’s no need for tears – we’ll send you a new one at no extra cost! All we ask is that you send us a damage report photo so that we can follow up with our distribution people.

If your product is lost or misplaced by the mail service while in transit, we’ll get a replacement out to you at no extra cost – promise!

Take your time when placing your order and check your shipping details are correct. If you enter the wrong address, there’s not a whole lot we can do about it really…
