Shipping speeds and pricing?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will receive your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time.

Fulfillment (It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.) + Shipping (Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination.) = Estimated delivery (You receive your order after we fulfill and ship it.)

What does it mean “time frame is not guaranteed”?

If you decide to choose standard delivery option with USPS we do not guaranteed that the delivery will be completed at the given time frame. We have noticed that around 20% of all orders that we have shipped with USPS have delayed by more than 20 working days. If you would like to receive your product in a specific time frame or by specific date we suggest to choose Priority shipping option

From which countries can I order a Giveit product?

You can order your poster from anywhere in the world. The shipping time for all US and Europe orders is on average up to 4 business days, and we ship to the rest of the world in up to 10 working days.

Can I track delivery of my product?

Yes, you can. To be able to track your order, put the phone number on the check out form. Once we have your package ready to ship, we’ll send you a link so that you can track your order at all times.

Who pays the custom duties and/or taxes outside EU?

If you order outside the European Union, a customs fee may be charged, but we are unable to control or estimate the amount of your fee (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying any taxes and / or fees that may apply to your product. Please check with your local customs office to find out what the estimated additional cost will be.

What are the shipping costs?

We mostly send our products via FedEX, UPS, USPS or national mail services to ensure that you receive your product in a timely manner.Check the value in the shipping tab next to the product description.

What happens if my product gets lost in transit?

We’re very proud of our excellent shipping record, but if for any reason your product is lost or misplaced by our mail service partner, then we’ll send you a replacement one at no extra cost.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address when placing my order?

Please make sure you review your delivery address before you submit your order. We aim to ship all orders on the day they are received, so if you notice something is wrong when you get your order confirmation, then write to us immediately and let us know. Naturally, if the mistake happens at our end of things, rest assured we’ll get a new poster out to you asap.

How do you package your posters?

All Giveit posters are shipped in strong cardboard tubes secured with plastic caps on each end. The casing is strong enough to prevent poster from being damaged. Our frames are packaged in protective bubble wrap with an outer wooden frame that prevents your framed poster from suffering any damage.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

If for some crazy reason you don’t like your order, don’t worry – we’re good guys and we have a 100% money-back guarantee in place. Just get in touch to let us know and we’ll refund your money.

What do I do if my product is damaged when it arrives?

If your product is damaged when it arrives, there’s no need for tears – we’ll send you a new one at no extra cost! All we ask is that you send us a damage report photo so that we can follow up with our distribution people.

What about if the product gets lost in transit?

If your product is lost or misplaced by the mail service while in transit, we’ll get a replacement out to you at no extra cost – promise!

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address when placing my order?

Take your time when placing your order and check your shipping details are correct. If you enter the wrong address, there’s not a whole lot we can do about it really…
